This course is designed to provide Sales and Marketing professionals
with the basic knowledge needed to understand the technologies used
within the Fixed Telecommunications industry. This course is suitable
for delegates with no prior knowledge of telecom technologies or the
industry.
Hands On TCP/IP and Internet Protocols
The Internet Protocol Suite, commonly known as TCP/IP, forms the basis
for the Internet and the next generation of telecommunications
services. It is now at the core of all modern mobile phone networks,
is used for the distribution of television services, carries
electronic mail and is at the heart of all PC networks. Understanding
how the protocols function and interact with each other is critical
for engineers and technicians who will configure and troubleshoot
computer networks, and next generation communications systems.
ICND: Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices
ICND is a five-day instructor led course which focuses on using Cisco
Catalyst switches and Cisco routers connected in local-area networks (LAN)and
wide-area networks (WAN) typically found at small to medium network
sites. Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to
select, connect, configure and troubleshoot the various Cisco
networking devices.
