Kinninger Brings Broad Executive Experience and Strong Leadership in
Emerging Private and Publicly Traded Companies
San Diego, CA -- Imagine Communications, the leading innovator in
advanced digital video processing and edge multiplexing solutions,
today announced the appointment of Terry Kinninger as Chief
Financial Officer.
As a senior finance executive, Kinninger participated in raising
more than $200 million through IPOs, venture capital and debt
financings. He has significant experience in mergers and
acquisitions completing more than a dozen M&A transactions totaling
over $500 million in value. |

"Terry's extensive
experience in finance, operations and business development with
successful technology companies will be invaluable to Imagine. We
expect Terry to play a significant role in defining and executing
our corporate strategy," said Imagine's President and CEO Jamie
Howard.

More recently, Kinninger was CFO and Executive VP of Business
Development at R2 Technology, a medical device company that was
successfully sold for $220 million. Kinninger has also served as the
CFO and COO of Bridge Medical, CFO and Senior VP of Corporate
Development at Delphi Information Systems, CFO and VP of
Administration at Integral Systems, CFO and Senior VP of Operations
at MetaCreations and CFO of WebSideStory.
Kinninger holds a B.S. degree from Miami
University, Ohio.
